Location: Pula, Croatia

On the ground floor we have the open concept kitchen with living room, and the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine “dolce gusto” and toaster).

Enjoy the smart tv in the living room.

A fully private parking will keep your car safe at night. The big garden on the south side of the house will guarantee you plenty of sunlight. You can freely use the grill anytime.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms with smart tv’s and a smaller bathroom.

Ideal for family vacations, 5 km from the sea. Nearby the protected Šijana forest ideal for walks, jogging and sports. Need a bike? You can get it in our Holiday House.

The buss stop is at 100m, and the nearest shopping centers at 1 km (Plodine, Lidl, Kaufland and Pula’s Shopping Mall).

-tap water is very good quality in the whole country, and is fit for drinking and cooking

-do you need olive oil for your salads? taste our home made olive oil!

We love animals and have a dog and few cats on the property.

    To finalize your reservation it is necessary to pay the deposit which is 50 EUR. We accept direct payment to bank account for the deposit. We will send you the bank account number by e-mail.

    The reservation is 100% refundable if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the check in date. If the reservation is cancelled 29 days or less before the check in date, the deposit is not refundable.

    The rest of the amount is to be paid on the day of your arrival – we accept cash payments only.
